The Acquisition of GAB
In 2012, our group acquired GAB Titan , headquartered in Solingen, Germany, as part of our strategic plan to further expand our European presence. GAB brings over fifty years of experience in the trading of titanium semi-finished products and in the manufacturing of specialized equipment for both the electroplating industry and oxidation processes.
